I did not  have an appointment, I was told there was only one service person who was doing oil changes and tires,  he had done 15 oil changes and  tires and still hadn't taken his lunch break yet, and he still agreed to take care of my oil change.  I am very grateful for his kindness to squeeze me in.

The service experience was great!!!  The problem came when I was walking the parking lot and no one came out to talk to me.  I had just finished a $675 service and was looking at the 2022 GMC AT4, again no one came out to speak to me about this truck or the BMW that I also looked at.  Keep up the great work service department!  It is the only thing keeping me going.
