I purchased a truck here about 8 months ago and wanted to hold my peace until I had a solid opinion. The truck I was sold is 100% solid. I've had no complaints about it.

John Green was knowledgeable about the Escape Hybrid plug-in vehicle which we were considering and answered all questions that we had.  I like John's communication skills.  The incentives, Vogler's and federal tax credit on taxable income and the 0% for 3 years were important.
