This was our 3rd stop on our new vehicle search. We worked with Bruce, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we decided to go with the 2024 Atlas, we contacted Bruce, said he would have the car ready when we got there, and as promised, it was. We worked with Trevor in finance, who worked with us and was friendly as well. Trevor was also helpful with telling us we can reach out to the other dealership we bought our trade-in from to get money back on the Gap insurance and extended warranty.

This was my 2nd visit at Crystal Lake VW with my newly purchased, used, 2019 Atlas. My first experience was smooth and my 2nd experience was good. My only note is, communication. I dropped off my car in the afternoon and was told I'd either receive a call later that day or the following morning. By the next afternoon, I had not heard anything and when I called for an update, I was informed that the service department was busy and I was asked for my name and number for a return call. Approximately 3:45pm that same day, while still not having received any updates, I called again. I got through to service and was explained that my car had been repaired and was ready for pickup. All good things, however, it would've been nice to at least have been made aware of what was going on throughout the day.
