I had an amazing experience! As someone who needed a first car, I was introduced to many reasonably priced options. All of which were in good condition. I was very impressed.
The car I purchased was a 2015 Chevy Cruise. Despite it being used by two previous users, the car looked brand new. Volkswagen of Duluth does an amazing job at inspecting their vehicles.
I’m also very pleased with the service. The people were super nice, entertaining, and helped me find the perfect vehicle.
I ended up with exactly what I wanted and will definitely stop again for future cars. If anyone is currently car shopping, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I purchased a used vehicle for my grandchild’s first ride. I had a wonderful experience with Drew, Serina and Michelle for the purchasing process. They sent a thank you box of mugs and cookies and my granddaughter loved it, she stated they were the best chocolate chip cookies ever. Thank you everyone!

I was able to schedule this appointment with ease, drop off my Tiguan for its yearly maintenance appointment, and they were done within 2 hours. They were very courteous and even sent a video inspection.
I even reached out to the texting service after the appointment (because I spaced asking them) requesting their suggestions for where I could go to get my windshield replaced because it has a crack in it. They gave me two recommendations and were very nice.

Went here for the first time  because my Tiguan would not start. Got a jump and first went to Batteries Plus and they told me my battery was fine. Felt something was not right- so I brought my car here and everyone was so helpful got my car in right away. Turned out it WAS the battery and the whole thing was corroded.  Put in new battery and all is good. Very impressed.  Thank you
