I went to various Volkswagen dealerships across the metro and I was able to be connected with Jonathan. I knew the car and model that I wanted but I still had some questions. Jonathan was exceptional in answering all of those questions with no hesitation. Very knowledgeable and respectful to us. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman for my family. Jonathan also stayed late with us after the dealership closed to show us everything else we might’ve missed after we purchased our vehicle. That is what I call white glove service.

With good, there’s also bad. I didn’t appreciate how finance kept asking me to get the extended warranty after I kept refusing. I remember having to say no to this at least 3 times until he stopped.

I also would like to add that the cleanliness of the vehicle was below our standards and it should also be below the standards of Volkswagen. You should not be giving us a brand new vehicle that is dirty. First thing we saw when we opened the door for the back seat was fresh wet dirt on the floor. This is a conversation I want to have with management and I hope that one of them returns my call.

All in all, I had move to give 5 stars for the exceptional service that Jonathan provided to me and my family. We appreciate all that you’ve done. Thank you.

Today I had the absolute privilege of working with Luke at the vw dealership, and to say his customer service was beyond excellent is still an understatement. He took the time to really figure out what it was that I needed out of my next vehicle purchase, and worked quite literally all day long to make sure I would be completely happy with my purchase! The energy he gives off really makes the whole experience feel like you’re just conversating with a very close friend.
