Rachel D. was outstanding to work with in the purchase of my car.  She was professional, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills.  My experience  with her from the first test drive to the purchase and delivery of the car was amazing.

Christian was great in explaining all the functions of the car when I took delivery.  He made sure I knew how to operate all the features of the car before I left Volvo.

Joe the finance manager was very thorough  in his part of the purchase process.

I don't typically leave reviews but felt the urge to give the team at Volvo two thumbs up on not only my buying experience with Kenny but also the friendliness of the service staff. Bonus points for recommending spending my service wait time at a locally owned coffee shop across the street. It's nice to see two locally owned businesses supporting each other. Madison Place Coffee has an awesome breakfast sandwich and it's a good extension of the type of experience you're going to receive when purchasing a car with Volvo.  Buy with confidence!

Just had the best car buying experience ever with Rick Scherer and the team at Volvo Cars Cincinnati North! I stopped in for a test drive on a whim, and five minutes later Rick had me behind the wheel of a Certified S60. It was exactly what I was looking for - fun, comfortable, sporty, and of course safe (it is a Volvo after all). The next day Rick helped me coordinate the best price possible, despite being home on his day off! 24 hours after that, I was driving away in my new (to me) car, but only after Rick patiently explained all the key features. Also a shoutout to James the finance guy for even making the paperwork part as simple and pain-free as possible.
