After a really bad experience at Cadillac, I called Plymouth Volvo told AJ (Anthony Pelligrino) what I was looking for and he immediately knew the car that would be ideal. And it was!  A good price with a good price for my trade in and a few hours later I drove off with my Volvo cx40 suv.  It’s exactly what I wanted and the entire experience was great. Thanks AJ!

What an easy buying experience.  The rep, Justin, was upfront with everything.  I had a few concerns on the car that needed to be addressed before I would buy.  Justin made sure all my concerns were dealt with.  Marquita in finance was also a pleasure.
It is always stressful buying a car, but Volvo Plymouth made it easy, almost too easy  :).  I hope the service center is as good as the upfront sales were if I need them.

i just bought a Volvo from the Plymouth dealership. I can say i am not one to sit and write reviews. Justin was a pleasure to work with. I bought the car with out a loan. When we went to pick up the car after its inspections it still had a fog light that was loose and a car mud flap that was not properly attached. It was a weekend so the service department was closed. We left with the intention that they would fix this for me and then drop off the vehicle to my home and drive my car that i traded in back to the dealership. We spoke with the women who completes the deal/loans for the vehicle. i was concerned about taking my car home since legally we own the new car and they would be driving it to me. So what happens if the new vehicle gets into an accident who is responsible. She definitely was frustrated with me about this concern and seemed i was being unreasonable. i then had to contact the dealership to find out day and time they were scheduling the drop off. This just felt there was a lack of communication on their part which was disheartening. Then the last thing i really wanted was the Volvo inspection report which can give me indication of percentage of brakes, tires and things of this nature. i asked for this on three occasions however when the car arrived it was not in the car nor in an email. So now i had to contact the dealership again to ask.

We had been shopping at various dealers.  Volvo Cars Plymouth treated us respectfully, with  no pressure.  They answered our questions.  Gave us the keys and let us drive with no salesperson in the back seat.  We left to think about it and there weren't a bunch of follow up calls.  When we decided to buy the Volvo, the sale went smoothly.  And the car is lovely.
