I recently leased a 2024 Volvo XC40 Recharge and couldn't be happier. When I called Volvo SF to inquire about the inventory, I received exceptional service from Patrick who helped track down a XC40 with the exact specs I was looking for and even trekked all the way down to Monterey to pick it up. On the day of purchase, he went above and beyond and helped me find a same-day insurance carrier, ensured my wife and I felt welcomed during our dealership visit, and showed us every feature in the vehicle before we left the lot - he was extremely knowledgable and was a fantastic Volvo ambassador. I also want to mention the great service we had from Ardavan and Yukov, who made sure the terms of the lease were clear and transparent. We worked with Jacob Jneid when we bought a used car. Unlike other Dealers, Jacob promised he would hold the car for us while we drove the 4 hour trip to SF. Also Jacob's advertised price did not have those ridiculous hidden fees like "$2k for accessories" which another Dealer used to gain our attention for a lower priced car. I liked the photo of a P1800 in his office which reminded me of the Volvo that had a record of traveling 3.25 million miles. The only complaint I had was the car's worn tires did not match the quality of the car.
