I would like to thank JR and his father for the beautiful truck they sold me. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot, I felt welcomed. They are a family run business three generations. Answered any question I had and was very patient and aloud time for me to think about a decision and the whole process was as smooth as can be. It’s not every day a person buys a new vehicle and spends quite a bit of money on one. It was very stressful and exhausting and JR silenced every worry. I highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family and the next go round when I am shopping for another vehicle. I will definitely consider going back.

This is one of the best car experiences I've had. When I initially called to inquire about the car, Caleb told me purchase was underway. When the initial buyer didn't come through, Caleb called me immediately to find out if I was still interested. I booked a same-day appointment and was there within the hour. Caleb was honest about calling other potential buyers and let me know I was not the only player in town as this was a hot car, 4runner Limited, 2021. Upon arrival to test drive the vehicle, he made it clear within the 1st 2 minutes of conversation that the price was firm, so before I test drive it, I should be aware all price negotiations are off the table. I told him it looked like my future car.

Here we are, days later. There are many other positive remarks I would like to say about Wadsworth Motor cars, including interaction with J.R. and his candor and genuine nature to learn about his customers and other parties involved in the purchase arrangement. I will be bringing other family members here and consider buying from them in the future. I pledge to leave annual reviews to journey my experience with the vehicle.

I forgot Caleb had spent after-hours time trying to help me install a bug deflector that didn't quite fit. I arrived late, and he was somewhat okay but still checked on me afterward. I was pleased with the gesture, and I hope other car dealers can behave the same. I will stop here for now.

The car drives like a charm, by the way, thanks for asking.  I'm still getting to know the car and vice versa. This is a significant upgrade for me, from a Honda Accord 06 for 12 years, a Toyota Camry for one year, and now a 4runner. Never had or driven one before; it's just an obsession, and I truly love it, crowned by the buying experience.
