I've been taking my Mazda here for years to get serviced so this was the first stop when it came time to look for a new car. Great experience dealing with this dealership. Very new and modern looking facility. My wife bought her car there last year with the service plan. Good move on her part. It’s easy, make a service appointment and you’re in and out in about 45 minutes. This is for a full service oil change and in depth inspection. Very glad we got our car here. We will be look to them in the future for our next car.

Walker’s Renton Mazda has taken very good care of me over the last 3 years since I purchased my new car there. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly. The service department does great work and is very communicative and keeps you updated while they’re working. I purchased the prepaid maintenance and that’s been a great experience. The video walkthroughs from the tech explain what they’re seeing and what you should or should not be concerned about. I don’t feel pressured to add a bunch of products and services. And they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of me the few times there have been issues with my car. Would definitely recommend Walker to a friend and would go with them for my next Mazda purchase!

I worked with Gonzalo, He was super easy to work with and not super pushy. He good good knowledge of all the Mazdas. He listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and got me into exactly what I was looking for. They took my used car in on trade and really worked with to get the right lease price that worked best for me! The staff in finance was really easy and great to work with as well.
