This was my first car shopping experience. My previous car was rather old and I was wanting to trade it in and buy a new car. Spent the whole day shopping around and going to different locations all around Washington. My girlfriend and I found a nice Audi A3 Premium at Way Scarff in Auburn so we decided to check it out. We had an amazing personable experience here.

Will Pierce took amazing care of us and made it feel more personable rather than sales like some of the other car salesman did at previous locations when we were shopping. I fell in love with the Audi A3 and decided to buy it the next day. Due to other life stuff going on we ended up coming very last minute on a Sunday to complete the transaction. Will went above and beyond by understanding our timing and being patient with us while also making the transaction as easy as possible.

Moreover, the lovely woman who helped us sign the papers and set up the documents (I feel so bad I don't remember her name) was amazing as well and made sure we understood everything that was on the documents.

I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you to Way Scarff Ford for making such a big decision for a person as easy and smooth as possible. The car runs smoothly great as well!
