Everything was great and better than expected. We made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle with Jared. He got me right in and sent me off on the drive. There was no pressure from him and there was no passing me around to other sales people or managers to “make the deal”.  Everyone I dealt with was personable. The process was smooth and quick. We had the most enjoyable experience purchasing our latest vehicle from Tristan at Way Scarff Ford in Auburn, Washington.
We found the SUV we were interested in on the Way Scarff Ford website and contacted the dealership. Tristan answered and we arranged to visit and view the vehicle. We were very lucky to have Tristan answer the call as he had the SUV checked out, cleaned up and ready for us when we arrived. We were given plenty of time to check the SUV out with no pressured sales at any point. This is greatly appreciated as we love the vehicle and such a sales tactic would have caused us to walk away.
The purchase took a long time, 4 hours, but all-in-all was a smooth process. Tristan, along with Dennis, provided any and all the information we requested and were very accommodating.
We did find the back-office staff a bit lacking as their follow-up actions took a lot of repeat requests and persistence from us to get completed. In EVERY case, Tristan took the lead and made sure all of these tasks were processed as effectively and quickly as possible. He even went out of his way to deliver a tool to us over 20 miles from the dealership. Outstanding!
We are very satisfied customers and will definitely plan on using Way Scarff Ford and Tristan as our preferred Dealership and Sales Representative of choice in the future. Without Tristan, this would have been a very different story.

Everything was great… I made an appointment with Michael to test drive one of the used cars on their lot and immediately knew I wanted it…. The process was super easy and fast. Michelle in finance found an even better loan/interest rate than the one I came in with. I would definitely buy from them again.
