My sales experience with Courtney was great, when I bought my truck about 1.5 years ago. And since then, each time I’ve been in for scheduled maintenance, the service experience has been fantastic. I was there today for an oil change, and Steve M went way out of his way to fix a minor issue we discovered, which wasn’t even West Herr’s fault, nor problem.
