Everyone here was very nice and patient with me during the whole process. I originally walked in and spoke with Robin and he helped me narrow down what I was hunting for. After about 2 hours I was turned over to Scotty from this dealership and he worked with me to get a good price on a new civic. Excellent work from the whole team and everyone was knowledgeable or if they didn't know wouldn't lie and would ask the question to someone else.

I decided to go look at cars, hoping to find a fun/inexpensive convertible for summer.

Michael D was polite, efficient treated me like a person, not a challenge and there was no pressure which is a nice change from most dealerships I've experienced in the past.

He suggested a beautiful RED MX-5 at their Mazda dealership.  We went down to that lot, I took it for a drive, I loved it, what's not to love.

I told him what I was willing to pay for It, he presented it.

Needless to say I got an incredible deal, very easy, fast and efficient transaction.

Would definitely recommend working with the Staff at West Hills Honda, they were all polite and friendly.

My family and i went into the dealership eager to get our hands on a 2024 Honda CRV. One of our car salesmen (DJ) is fairly new to the dealership scene. he came out and helped us straight away, he let us know that he was still learning and any questions we had he would find the answer for us if he wasn’t knowledgeable on the subject (which we really appreciated him communicating this to us). we checked out the car (exact one we wanted, year, color, model) took it for a test drive (DJ was very patient with us because we really wanted to look at every inch of the car being this was our first brand new car). once we were about to talk about numbers DJ introduced us to Mike (he was a more knowledgeable car salesman) to help him with the sale of the car. we talked numbers for a good while but in the end we got a great price for both parties!!! they announced our sale on the intercom (which felt pretty great for us!!). they cleaned the entire car and filled the tank!! our car looked soo good. they had a kids play room (great for our son that we brought along) popcorn, refreshment area. william our insurance guy was super nice and made getting our insurance a breeze. overall our experience here was 10/10 we would totally recommend this place for car hunting. our only con was when we stepped in to talk with the finance guy (wont name names) he wasnt the best and we wouldve walked out if it wasnt for the rest of the staff who made us want to stay. 10/10 recommend DJ & Mike!!!!!!!
