My wife and I had a very pleasant experience car shopping here. The staff were very friendly and not too pushy. We worked with Sammy who was very nice and helpful. We made our purchase and the vehicle was ready to go the next day. We did finance part of the cost and that process was made very easy by their staff. Came in because I needed a new car, and this place has a large selection.  I saw a couple of vehicles I liked, called and inquired, and they were available, and the prices were better than other Honda dealerships. When i walked  in, a guy named Leo was their to greet me. He helped me through the whole process and even got me a snack when I became hangry after being their which felt like forever.  I did the paperwork and came back after the car was detailed and cleaned inside for me. I absolutely love my new car and the service from this place. Leo walked me through my new car, even helping me hook up Bluetooth and any questions I had. Placed a pink bow on my car for my picture, and off I went a satisfied customer

Very, very positive experience buying a new car at Westbrook Honda. Sammy Amer listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and walked me through the process of getting it and driving it home the same day. He sat with me in the new vehicle making sure I knew how everything worked before I left. Timothy Saunders did a great job getting through and explaining all the paper work for me.
