Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Chevy Malibu (named her Billy) from West Coast Motors, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received, especially from Fayez, the sales representative. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Fayez and his associate went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car within my budget.

His knowledge of the vehicles and what ones I would likely get approved for by the banks process with the banks  was impressive, and he took the time to advocate for me understand my unique situation. Fayez was patient, attentive, and never once pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he guided me through the process with professionalism and integrity, answering all of my questions thoroughly and honestly.

What truly set Fayez apart was his commitment to ensuring my satisfaction even after the sale was complete. He followed up with me to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and took the time formally congratulate me once everything was final! . His dedication to customer service is truly commendable and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would love to steal him and bring him over to my industry, honestly.

Great experience working with the folks over at West Coast Motors!  I worked primarily with their salesman Fayez, who was very upfront and communicated effectively about all the ins and outs of the vehicle we were purchasing.  They were very patient with us as we went through the process and the vehicle was in great condition when obtaining it.  They even put in a fresh windshield before we picked it up.  Solid experience overall, start to finish.  That's not always the case with car dealerships, used or new.  So I was quite pleased with my experience with the whole team.  Not a place you'll find an absolute steal of a deal, but you'll find vehicles that don't have any hidden problems, and if there are any problems, they are commuicated.  And that's exactly what I needed.
