Scott Carlson is an AMAZING person, and a car salesman.  He takes compassion, knowledge, and care to the next level.  Firm handshake, looks you in the eye, and speaks the TRUTH.  WOODHOUSE is a better place with him on the floor.
The rest of the staff was GREAT also.  The friendliness, honesty and family feeling they share is wonderful.  It was a joy on every visit to the dealership.  There contributions to the community of Reese Bryan were generous and heartfelt.  The emotion was true and the feeling was a BLESSING.  Omaha is a small community full of neighbors, friends, and new family that is all here together as one big FAMILY.  The connections and ties are built with each new adventure.  They were great when they were HUBER. Now they are even better.  Don't get me started on the service team.  They get 10 stars.

We recently purchased an as-is used vehicle from Woodhouse Cadillac. Almost immediately the engine began having serious issues. Despite the fact that it was a relatively high mileage used vehicle that we purchased as-is, they made the effort to find us a suitable vehicle to swap out for the original on fair terms. I would guess that many dealers of all sizes would not have done that and we would have been stuck with a bad vehicle that someone traded off to a dealer. Sometimes these things happen, but its nice to know that a brand like Woodhouse will stand behind their product, even if it isn’t a shiny new Cadillac. Their sales people and management were overall helpful and courteous, and went out of their way to make this right for us. When it is time for that shiny new Cadillac we would definitely go back.
