We are from Virginia and my wife works as a traveling nurse at a local hospital and were staying at the Fairfield Inn right next door to Younger. One day our beloved 2006 Toyota Sienna with 244,000 miles on it (dependable Toyota!!!) decided to up and quit so we were left in a dire situation in where we had no way home. We carefully limped her over to Younger and met with Brian who was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and we worked out a deal for a 2024 Toyota Highlander. He answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He turned a stressful situation for us into a comfortable transition into a new car.  We are loyal a Toyota family and because of Brian going above and beyond our expectations will remain a loyal Toyota family.

Following a poor experience at another dealership, I made an appointment at Younger Toyota. Wow. What a difference!

When I entered the service department, I was greeted warmly, given a time estimate for the repair on my car, and offered tea, coffee, and snacks while I waited.

The atmosphere was welcoming and the surroundings comfortable with many seating choices. I explored the showroom, had a nice conversation with a salesman on the floor, and then enjoyed a quiet space in the waiting area.

When my name was called, I returned to the service department, and received my vehicle a full 30 minutes ahead of schedule.

In the future, I will bypass my local dealership and drive the extra 30 minutes to Younger Toyota. Well done. Top notch customer service!
