She took the time to break everything down for me and even offered a promotion GM had been running just a few days prior, which saved me $250 on my bill. Lori kept me updated throughout the process, and the service was quick—I got my car fixed and returned the very next day. Great experience!
Actual service was good, but communication was spotty. Did a night drop for an appointment the next day. Did not hear back until two days later, after I called. Was able to do the repair approvals online, but had to call my service advisor again to ensure receipt of those approvals. Although everyone was very polite, I would certainly recommend this shop get its act together re: communication. Digital first options (text, online, etc.) work much better than P2P phone chats or voice mails for busy professionals! Loved my shuttle driver, btw. He gets a 5-star rating!!
