Everyone one was super nice. KT started my process on the phone and kept me up-to-date on where I was at in the process. When we arrived at the dealership, KT was tied up with another customer, and Bruce was happy to step in and assist. KT would check in time to time. They worked with us on making sure our payment was in our happy spot. They had no problem with us doing a down payment like others in the past. I’m very pleased with my experience. Typically when buying cars at a dealership, I'm left with a bitter taste in my mouth when driving off the lot and the weeks following my purchase. I'm usually left wondering where my misstep was in the smoke and mirrors that come with dealing with salesmen and the finance managers in a typical dealership. At Burns, I can say confidently that it was the most transparent transaction I've ever had the pleasure of making when buying a car. The trade sheet was straightforward-they weren't trying to bury my negative equity in a pile of rebates that made it look better than it was-they were honest. They explained that this was what I could get for my trade. This was what they could sell the new vehicle for. These were the rebates I qualified for and this is the price. Zero pressure. They handed me back the keys to my trade while I made a decision, whereas most dealerships "hold you hostage" by keeping your keys. They even sent me copies of the deal that we were making, which is huge. Most dealerships won't let you leave with a copy of the trade sheet for fear you'll use it as leverage at another dealership. I worked with Rodney and he was great. He sent me personalized videos of vehicles, tried to find the best bang for my buck, and followed up in the week afterward to make sure I got myGM rewards added to my account. The truck was detailed on delivery, and Rodney was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. He was able to run through all the features that mattered most, and made sure I was set up before I left the dealership. I would recommend Burns to anyone looking for a GM vehicle that doesn't want the runaround and gimmicks you get at a typical dealership.
