My wife and I visited several dealerships over the past few months trying to find a new car. We can honestly say that nothing compared to the service we received at Gerald Subaru. Eric Zetterlof was the best salesperson we had. He took the time to answer all our questions and go over all the different features per trim. We also like that during the first test drive, Eric drove us around showing us all the features in action. When we went to Genesis, Mazda, and a few other dealerships, the salespeople did not seem to care or want to really show anything on the cars. The entire staff at Gerald Subaru was nothing but polite and friendly. If you are looking for a Subaru, I would highly recommend going to the Gerald North Aurora location only.

The only con was that it took 8 hours to buy our car, but we got the one we wanted for a price we were happy with. Gerald was willing to negotiate and make a deal.
