I had an appointment with Justin Fachting. When I drove over from Grand Rapids, he was ready for me. We sat in the van while he answered all my questions. Went for a test drive.  Had more questions.

After buying my van, Justin arranged for delivrry.  Two days later the van was in my drive.

I have shopped LaFontainne locally and now in Lansing.  The great staff and level of service here led to my confidently  shopping in Lansing.

Justin was great and I highly reccomend him and the LaFontaine group.

Handled my issues and did everything needed. Very thankful for the good service!
Only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star review is because while my transmission was being replaced my truck was left outside unlocked. My truck was burglarized and I had a 300$ Milwaukee grease gun and 50$ worth of winning lottery tickets as well as about 10$ worth of change stolen from it.
If you see this and you’re gonna have any work done remove ANYTHING of value. Definitely a bummer but not the dealerships fault.
