I purchased my 2023 Land Rover Defender from Chrissy Bashore, salesperson, and Chrissy was absolutely incredible to work with.  I did everything online and by phone, so that when I showed up to her office, I would be in and out of the dealership quickly, and I was! Chrissy was friendly, knowledgeable, organized and just an absolute pleasure.  I did my financing with the finance manager, Derek Donahue, and he had everything ready to go and was also a pleasure to work with.  From the time arrived, I had everything finalized and left with my new Defender within two hours.  I would highly recommend Santa Fe Land Rover for your next purchase. I want to give a huge shout out to Eric T, the service manager who took us in. We were on a 3K mile road trip with our MY2022 Defender 110 - with 2/3 of it done; when all of a sudden we got a check engine light.

We came in and within 3 hours the team:
Saw our car immediately and read the codes / errors.
Luckily had the part in stock that was faulty
Replaced the new part
Even cleaned the car (which had a zillion dead bugs from the trip so far)
And everything covered with warranty

From the courtesy, the promptness and the overall service - Land Rover Santa Fe service is just top notch.

We were lucky that the service issue was addressable and that we could be back on our way within a few short hours.

Just stopping in to check out a Discovery on the lot with 18,000 miles.  A hour later I traded in my Evoque and had a great new used car!  Thanks to Derek, Eric, Carlos and Danny the whole experience was painless and seamless.  They truly understand customer service and have a good way about them not to “sell” but to follow your lead. I always have good experiences here when purchasing or having a car serviced.  It's on the small side and they do not have separate areas for the service center and sales areas. They do offer drinks and a few snacks while you wait. Also they do not have much on the way of accessories on display or to be purchased. Definitely a small town vibe, but service is good.
