I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new 2024 GLE 450 from Mercedes Benz of Monterey. Being a first-time Mercedes Benz buyer, I was both excited and somewhat nervous, but thanks to the exceptional service provided by the team at this dealership, my overall experience was truly amazing!

From the very beginning, our Sales Consultant, Mitch Johnson, went above and beyond to make sure that our buying process was smooth and enjoyable. The manager was a nice guy, very personable.  He had a hard time with my trade in paperwork and it took way too long to get paperwork done.
