They could've easily told me to pound salt, but instead Korey Cleaver and his team work out some additional options and invited me to come back for a different model to make sure I was satisfied. They certainly didn't have to do this, so it was very much appreciated. I was also impressed with the condition of their vehicles.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from North Coast Mitsubishi in Akron, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! It's clear Mitsubishi wants to bring buyers to the brand and I hope more people decide to include them in their vehicle purchases searches.

I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thanks to North Coast Mitsubishi, I've been converted from a Toyota loyalist to a proud Mitsubishi owner. Overall, I can't recommend North Coast Mitsubishi enough. Their dedication to excellence, combined with their friendly and knowledgeable staff, make them stand out.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle, especially a Mitsubishi Outlander, I would absolutely stop by North Coast Akron and work with their team.  The General Manager, Travis, also mentioned there is a 20-year, 200,000-mile warranty going into effect at this dealership, which is quite unique.

Dealt with Ken Kurlinski, we emailed back and forth numerous times prior to me finally coming in, although the appointment setter told me both vehicles I wanted to see were still here when, in fact, he lied. Ken broke the news that it was gone while showing me my second choice. Ken was pleasant, not pushy, even while trying to beat him up on price.
