I took down my first review because I ran into a problem after the sale, regarding equipment that I didn't verify before signing. They could've easily told me to pound salt, but instead Korey Cleaver and his team work out some additional options and invited me to come back for a different model to make sure I was satisfied. They certainly didn't have to do this, so it was very much appreciated. I was also impressed with the condition of their vehicles.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from North Coast Mitsubishi in Akron, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thanks to North Coast Mitsubishi, I've been converted from a Toyota loyalist to a proud Mitsubishi owner. Overall, I can't recommend North Coast Mitsubishi enough. Their dedication to excellence, combined with their friendly and knowledgeable staff, make them stand out.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle, especially a Mitsubishi Outlander, I would absolutely stop by North Coast Akron and work with their team.  The General Manager, Travis, also mentioned there is a 20-year, 200,000-mile warranty going into effect at this dealership, which is quite unique.
