I can always rely on Mark to provide excellent customer service. I only gave 4 stars this time as when I picked up my Jeep the interior was covered in a film of something - that was even in the door jams, on the rearview mirror, console, etc. when I called I spoke to the service manager as Mark was not there. I was told if I could bring it back or send pictures - and if it was something THEY determined they did - they would schedule a detailing. It was there for 3 1/2 weeks. This was not something done by anyone but them. Just a bummer that after years of bringing my Jeep there for service this would be the response I received. I sent the pics via email and never heard back. Because of Mark I will likely go back- but that right now is the only reason.

My experience started with an Internet inquiry.  Matt (General Manager) reached out quickly and provided the info requested.  Matt was very good at not delivering the usual cheesy sales pitch(which I loved).  Matt responded quickly with approval and the necessary info to get things moving.  Once I sent in the necessary info, Jason reached out from Sales.  Jason was very nice, and wanted to assist with making this a smooth transaction(Also, he did not swoon with a cheesy sales pitch).  He was very responsive and helped along the way.  Jason and another gentleman delivered my new Jeep 1.5 hours away within hours.  The most fantastic experience I have had with any car dealership. I've purchased more than a few vehicles in my lifetime.  All across the United States. So much so, that I completely loath the process and the  "Typical dealer" stereotype. I have family that own dealerships as well, so I see all sides.  So, I quickly needed a new vehicle. I searched online, found a vehicle and a dealership and sent in my info. Expecting the worst, I was outright shocked instead.  I got a pleasant email and voice message from St. Johnsbury Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler's Internet Sales Manager Ariel Miller. She was extremely helpful, informative, and very kind and understanding.  She made this entire process extremely enjoyable.  Yes, buying a car was actually enjoyable... My wife and I went to the dealership for a test drive.  Ariel met us when we arrived and introduced us to Elias Doucette. He was our Sales and leasing Consultant. He was amazing. Between Elias and Ariel I literally had next to nothing to do. The Vehicle was in amazing condition. They did a great job cleaning it and having it ready for us.  When we got back from the test drive the Manager had all our paperwork ready to sign.
This was the best experience I've ever had buying almost anything not to mention a car. We were amazed by the customer service and how easy this experience was.
