Had to have my ID4 in for some warranty work today and had a fantastic experience! Dropped off the car this morning, was given a loaner vehicle for the day. When the vehicle was done, I received a text message with a link to a video of the technician explaining exactly what they had done with the vehicle which, I have never seen before but very nice that they did that. Vehicle had also been washed and vacuumed out prior to me picking it up. Overall an excellent experience!

Nathan and James were amazing. I had to trade in my and my father’s vehicles (Tiguan and Passat) for something bigger to fit a wheelchair folded in the back. They helped me find a 2019 Atlas with all of the bells and whistles my Passat had but the spaciousness and then some of the Tiguan. Nathan even went to my father in his short term rehab facility to help with paperwork. They were amazing and keep me updated the whole time!
